This Privacy Policy explains what information StruvConnect collects, how it is used, and how payment processing is handled through Stripe.

StruvConnect provides payment-link, Stripe Connect, seller dashboard, and customer payment tracking tools for businesses, creators, consultants, local service providers, and resellers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to the platform.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly when you create an account, contact support, connect Stripe, create products or offers, publish payment links, or use the seller dashboard.
This may include:

- Support form messages and related contact information.
- Product, offer, payment-link, and seller dashboard information.
- Customer email or customer details entered for receipts or checkout records.
- Stripe Connect account status and related Stripe identifiers.
- Payment activity details such as payment status, amount, Stripe session ID, Stripe payment ID, fees, and net amount.
3. Payment Information
Customer card information is processed by Stripe. StruvConnect does not store full credit card numbers, card security codes, or bank account numbers entered into Stripe Checkout or Stripe onboarding.
Stripe may collect payment details, identity information, tax information, bank details, fraud prevention data, and other information required to process payments, verify sellers, manage payouts, handle disputes, and comply with law.
Sellers and customers should review Stripe’s own privacy and service terms for details about Stripe’s handling of payment and identity information.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, support, protect, and improve StruvConnect. This includes:
- Creating and managing user accounts.
- Providing access to seller dashboards.
- Helping sellers create products, offers, and payment links.
- Connecting seller accounts to Stripe through Stripe Connect.
- Displaying payment activity and customer payment records.
- Responding to support requests.
- Sending account, platform, support, or service-related communications.
- Improving platform performance, security, and reliability.
- Protecting against fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and misuse.
- Complying with legal, tax, payment, and regulatory obligations when applicable.
5. Customer Payment Records
When a customer completes checkout through Stripe, StruvConnect may receive payment-related information from Stripe webhooks. This may include the payment amount, payment status, Stripe session ID, Stripe payment ID, Stripe customer ID, receipt email, customer name when available, transaction fees, net payment amount, and related metadata used to connect the payment to the seller’s payment link.
This information is used to help sellers review payment activity inside their dashboard.
6. Support Requests
If you submit a support form, call, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, topic, message, and any information you include in your request. We use this information to respond to your question and provide support.
7. Cookies, Logs, and Technical Data
StruvConnect may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, and platform activity logs. This information may be used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, analytics, and improving the platform.
The platform may use cookies or similar technologies to support login sessions, account access, preferences, security, and performance.
8. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may share information only when needed to operate the platform, provide support, process payments, comply with law, or protect the platform and users.

- Stripe for payment processing, Stripe Connect onboarding, receipts, disputes, payouts, compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that help operate the website and platform.
- Email and communication providers used to send support messages, account notices, or operational emails.
- Legal or compliance parties when required by law, legal process, payment-network rules, or to protect rights and safety.
9. Seller and Customer Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for how they collect, use, disclose, and protect customer information in connection with their products, services, offers, customer communications, refund policies, and business operations.
Sellers should not place sensitive personal information into product names, payment-link titles, descriptions, or public checkout pages unless legally appropriate and necessary.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. No website, software platform, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for keeping account passwords secure and notifying us if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.
11. Data Retention
We may retain account, payment activity, support, transaction, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
Stripe may retain payment and verification information according to its own policies and legal obligations.

You may contact us to request help accessing, correcting, or updating certain account information. Some information may need to be retained for security, payment, legal, tax, accounting, dispute, or compliance reasons.
Sellers may manage certain Stripe-related details through their Stripe account or Stripe onboarding flow.

StruvConnect is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact support.
14. Third-Party Links
StruvConnect may link to third-party websites or services, including Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services. Review those third parties’ policies before providing information to them.
15. International Users
StruvConnect is operated from the United States. If you access the platform from another location, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate.
