StruvConnect Terms

These Terms explain how StruvConnect may be used, how payment processing works, and what sellers are responsible for when using the platform.

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of StruvConnect, including the website, seller dashboard, payment-link tools, product/offer setup, customer payment tracking, and related support services.

By creating an account, connecting Stripe, creating payment links, or using StruvConnect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What StruvConnect Provides

StruvConnect is a business software platform that helps sellers create products, offers, and payment links; connect Stripe; send customers to Stripe Checkout; and review payment activity inside a seller dashboard.

StruvConnect is not a bank, money transmitter, card processor, financial institution, or payment processor.

Payment processor notice: StruvConnect provides the checkout page, payment-link system, and seller dashboard. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. StruvConnect does not store credit card numbers.

3. Stripe Payment Processing

Customer payments are processed through Stripe. Sellers may be required to connect or create a Stripe account through Stripe Connect before they can publish live payment links or accept live payments.

Stripe may require identity verification, business information, bank account details, tax details, compliance review, or additional information before enabling charges or payouts. Stripe controls its own onboarding, approval, restrictions, reserves, dispute handling, receipts, refunds, payouts, and account status.

By using Stripe through StruvConnect, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms, policies, and requirements.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, fulfillment, and support of the products, services, packages, offers, and payment links they create using StruvConnect.

Sellers agree not to use StruvConnect for illegal, deceptive, abusive, restricted, or prohibited goods or services. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, tax rules, industry regulations, customer disclosure requirements, refund obligations, privacy rules, and Stripe policies.

5. Customer Relationships

StruvConnect provides software tools. The seller remains responsible for the customer relationship, including product or service delivery, customer service, refunds when appropriate, cancellations, chargeback responses, and truthful offer descriptions.

If a customer has a question about a purchase, the seller should respond promptly and professionally. StruvConnect support may assist with platform questions, but it is not responsible for fulfilling a seller’s products or services.

6. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a harmful, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or platform-damaging way.

7. Fees, Setup, and Monthly Access

StruvConnect may charge setup fees, monthly subscription fees, or other service fees depending on the offer or plan selected. Any listed pricing may be updated or changed for future customers or future plans.

Setup help may include account review, Stripe Connect guidance, product or offer setup, first payment-link setup, and basic dashboard orientation. Setup help does not include unlimited custom consulting, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or custom software development unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Platform fees, setup fees, and monthly access fees are generally non-refundable once setup work, account activation, platform access, or support services have begun, unless otherwise stated in a specific written offer.

Sellers are responsible for setting and honoring their own customer refund policies for products and services sold through their payment links, subject to applicable law and Stripe requirements.

9. Platform Availability

We work to keep StruvConnect available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting providers, internet issues, Stripe availability, third-party services, or events outside our control.

10. Third-Party Services

StruvConnect may rely on third-party services including Stripe, hosting providers, email systems, analytics tools, security tools, and related infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, policy decisions, restrictions, delays, or errors caused by third-party providers.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use StruvConnect to:

  • Sell illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or prohibited products or services.
  • Misrepresent your business, offers, pricing, refund policy, or identity.
  • Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Send spam, abusive messages, or misleading payment requests.
  • Violate Stripe policies, applicable laws, or customer protection rules.
  • Use the platform in a way that harms StruvConnect, Stripe, customers, or other users.

12. Intellectual Property

StruvConnect, Struvarion, platform designs, dashboard layouts, software features, branding, content, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform except as allowed through normal account use.

13. No Professional Advice

StruvConnect does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, banking, or compliance advice. Sellers should consult qualified professionals for advice related to taxes, business structure, legal terms, compliance, refunds, disputes, or regulated industries.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, StruvConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, inability to use the platform, Stripe restrictions, customer disputes, account suspension, payment delays, or third-party service issues.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to StruvConnect if we believe you violated these Terms, used the platform improperly, created risk for customers or the platform, failed to pay required fees, or violated Stripe or legal requirements.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of StruvConnect after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
